Description

Saturday, August 23 and Sunday August 24, The 53rd Annual Seawall Art Show returns to High Street. The street is closed from Crawford Street to Court Street and features over 50 artists.  If you want to find that one-of-a-kind gift for someone special or a signature piece for yourself, then come to our show, located on in Portsmouth, Virginia’s historic downtown. You will find a little of everything from wood carving to oil painting, handwoven clothing to art glass, fine jewelry to pottery and more.
The show is free and open to the public. Parking is free in local garages on on street where available.
The Seawall Art Show is juried.  This years judge is Leslie Mounaime, Curator of Exhibitions and Arts Programming at Tidewater Community College
Student Art Show
As a part of the show, 25 local students will enter their pieces for review.
