Description

Join us for a redication ceremony of the JMCC’s Daddodil Project outside in the garden with guest speaker Rabbi Michael Panitz.  The Daffodil Project is a worldwide effort to memorialize the 1.5 million children who perished in the Holocaust and in support of tchildren everywhere suffering humanitarian crises today.

 

The JMCC had planted over 7100 daffodil bulbs throughout Portsmouth and the Tidewater area towards this 1.5 million goal.

Following the service, light refreshments and conversation about the Holocaust Torah Scroll will take place insute the museum.
