Paradise Creek Nature Park

Join Monica Wilson, a local certified yoga and Pilates instructor, who calls students to focus in on their breath and being present. This 1-hour practice is accessible for all levels and will help you find your inner peace surrounded by the sights and sounds of Paradise Creek Nature Park. Class will be moved into the River Academy in the event of inclement weather.

Target age: 16 and above
